Diana Barrios Treviño
Diana has appeared on Good Morning America with Emeril Lagasse, The Food Network with Bobby Flay and the network’s special Tasting Texas, NBC’s Weekend Today Show, Despierta America, Despierta Miami, the BBC in the UK, and Telemundo. She has been interviewed for countless articles and is the author of Los Barrios Family Cookbook. Diana teaches cooking classes nation-wide and is a member of Les Dames d’ Escoffier, an international organization of women in food, wine and hospitality.

Diana often appears on local English and Spanish television and radio. She is active in community groups and is a Celebrity Food Spokesperson for Kraft Foods, Pace Foods, and Bush's Beans (Hispanic Division). She is a charter member of the San Antonio New World Food and Wine Festival and participates in Saveur's Texas Hill Country Wine and Food Festival and fundraising celebrity chef events.
