Our Refund Policy is simple and straightforward.

With your purchase, you will receive an automatic confirmation of your purchase to the email address you provided with your order. This is the only receipt you will receive for your purchase. Make and keep a copy of this purchase confirmation for your records. This information is vital should you request a refund.

Important: A refund can only be credited to the original account from which payment was made. If such account is closed, then no refund can be granted.

Refunds may be granted up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

We provide full refunds or store credit to Customers up to 30 days from the date of purchase for items that are (1) damaged in delivery or (2) delivered as result of our error.

If an item is received damaged or is shipped by us in error, notify us immediately at this e-mail

For items that were delivered undamaged but for which customer desires a refund or credit, we accept for exchange or refund items that are returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must be in their original or unopened condition.

Refunds, replacements, exchanges or credits are contingent upon return items meeting the condition stated above.

If the return is not a result of our error and the customer initiates a return of an unopened item that meets the condition stated above within 30 days of delivery, we refund the full cost of the merchandise only and the buyer is responsible for original and return shipping charges.
